All insights, recommendations, analytics, forecasts, and advice provided by RevenuePro's AI-powered tools are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, business, or investment advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated recommendations or analytics. Revenue projections, pricing suggestions, and performance forecasts are estimates based on available data and algorithms, and actual results may vary significantly.
Users are solely responsible for their business decisions and should conduct their own due diligence before implementing any recommendations or strategies suggested by the Platform.
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design, is owned by Rezglo LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your intended business purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVENUEPRO AND REZGLO LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVENUEPRO, REZGLO LLC, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevenuePro, Rezglo LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of such third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RevenuePro concerning the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
